Very disappointed with Fifa 14. This article has got me hopeful again.

This wouldnt be a problem if disc based games weren't cheaper than digital.

Remove anonymity completely and people would have to take responsibility for their own words and behaviour.

But anonymity is a wonderful privilege sometimes too!

I lent my copy away and never got it back. Definitely going to pick it up from the bargain bin again! Or even on Steam!

... and this is exactly what I am doing, Vojkan. You shouldn't have to ban your kids entirely from visiting Twitch TV. That's not the solution. The kids are not the problem, the people abusing the Twitch feature for their own fame is the problem.

As a gamer, I would never deprive my son of taking advantage or being a part of a community like Twitch TV. It is for gamers... but now I am seeing an abundance of people on Twitch TV trying to promote something else entirely...

That's a little harsh wouldn't you say. There is absolutely nothing wrong with letting your son or daughter watch Twitch TV. Especially a game called "The PlayRoom". You would assume that game attracts a lot of younger gamers.

There are several of thousands of people streaming The PlayRoom, and nowhere near that amount of staff or moderators working for Twitch.

I don't think Sony should remove the feature from the PlayStation 4... just f...

There are a lot of young gamers (kids) on Twitch TV. I'd rather not have my son or daughter watch someone do drugs, get naked, or anything like that on Twitch TV. There are other sites for this kind of stuff... keep it off Twitch TV.

... but then the people who actually invested in PVRs will stream The PlayRoom. So it is a win-win scenario.

With the bombshell of Twitch TV fails you find now, I would assume this is a safe bet. Having the stream feature in The PlayRoom just encourages people to get drunk, stoned, and do stupid crap live on cam... all for their fifteen, or five, minutes of fame.

It was Infinity Ward that first tweeted that Ghosts would run at 1080p native on the PlayStation 4.

Anyone who has a test code for Call of Duty: Ghosts will see the game in 1080p. The retail version was stripped of the high resolution textures -- day one patch for 1080p was then confirmed.

The game was rendered in 1080p. Review codes, and I am not talking about the promos they send out to smaller presses, come freshly from the developers and are usually for testing but also used for reviews in some instances. If the game was rendered at 1080p then the review code would display the game that way.

The retail codes require a day one patch to download the high resolution textures. This is evidence that the final texture pack was not on ...

Digital Foundry do their comparisons on a test PS4 unit, which runs review/developer codes. The game is rendered in 1080p and then is scaled down for the retail version so that they do not violate the Microsoft's policy.

I am a little surprised this hasn't gotten a lot of attention lately. This policy is limiting multi-platform titles to the Xbox's potential. :S
